Travel Story Options
StatePoint offers two story format options: Single-Destination Feature Stories and Travel “Round-Up” Stories. All stories run online for six weeks, and you can run stories in neighboring states where available.
Feature Stories
Our editorial team will work with you to repurpose content you’ve already created, or we can develop an original story that highlights the best your destination has to offer. Features are typically 500 – 800 words, include up to 6 photos, and can take a variety of editorial formats (day-by-day activity itinerary, top attractions to see in the area, seasonal events, etc.). Features are all about your destination (i.e. no sharing the space with others) and can run whenever you want.
Round-Up Stories
Round-Up Stories are thematic stories pre-scheduled throughout the year (e.g. “Romantic Fall Get-Aways Close to Home” or “Fun Summer Road Trips with the Family”) that give you the opportunity to be profiled with other top destinations in the region. Each destination receives a 125-word profile, including a photo, that highlights its top features and attractions.
All Round-Up stories are available on a first-come first-served basis.
